Our facility has 7 large places, 12 feet deep service docks, fuel, electricity, pumpout, water, ice, phone, washrooms, laundry, showers, a ship store, repair shop, abundant parking, on site Customs services a regatta club, a restaurant-bar with a swimming pool, travelift, launching ramp and mast stepping. We monitor channel 68. Both French and English are spoken.

With the Rouses Point village nearby, you are in easy reach, a liquor store, video store, an Office of Immigration, the Amtrak (train) station, a tennis court. Propane available at 10 minutes by car, also big grocery "PRICE CHOPPER" 24 hours 7 days.
